Tiller/Rudder rubber molding

Looking for a source or fix for the white rubber/soft plastic molding below the tiller and above the rudder. This is the "U" shaped molding on the stern about 12" wide x 6" high. The sunshine here in New Mexico has done mine in.....any help would be appreciated. John Nelson

Trim Piece

John, I am thinking you are describing the "Transom Trim" piece. I recently put one on my catalina 22. I think the Catalina 25 uses the same one. The one I have is white plastic and not rubber. I am sure there may be other sources but I got mine from Catalina Direct. Try calling them at 1-800-959-7245. They may have a web site My catalog has "Catalina Direct" and "Foredeck". John, The sun also eats the plastic trim in Texas. Like Frank, I found a replacement for our 25 at Catalina Direct (800) 959-7245. Fortunately, Catalina Direct does not have a $25 minimum order policy. The replacement worked great. Good Luck, Doug dvreyn@aol.com
