I am looking to buy a 1988 Jeanneau 32 Attalia that has a tiller. I much prefer a wheel, so does anyone have experience converting to an Edson wheel system?

Why Change?
When I bought our Schock 35 I was going to change out the tiller to a wheel since Schock offers a conversion kit. After talking with Tom Schock at the factory I decided to try the tiller for awhile. After living with the tiller for a few months I would not want to change out. If you really want to do it I suggest you call Schock and see if their conversion might work for you. If not they probably have some contacts at Edson that could steer you in the right direction.

AS many boats as are out there for sale right now, why don't you just find a boat with a wheel. Lots of Juneaus for sale.
