Tightening engine mounts on 79 Hunter 30

Hello,

I have a loose engine mount on the forward, port side of a 1979 hunter 30 with a YSM 12. I cannot find away to access the bolt from under the fiberglass rails the engine mount attach es to. Is there an access point or a way to get under the mounts into the fiberglass rail to hold the hardware to allow tightening?

Just checked my 1979 Hunter 30' with YSM12 engine. I have holes drilled in the side of the rail so you can fit an open-ended wrench into the hole to hold the bolt head, so you can tighten the nut. Each mounting backet has two holes drilled beneath it for this purpose.
