Ok Now that I got your attention I'm really looking for info on a Barlow 16 winch. The starboard side winch was really tight, so I took it apart, cleaned, greased the drum and oil the prawls. Slapped it back together and it is still really tight, but maybe a little better. The port side is OK....even after I cleaned and lube it. Any thoughts? These are such simple devices my thought is to take 320 grit wet or dry to the plastic base/hub. Thanks
