thur hull scupper H22 1984

I purchased a used H22. I'm getting water in the bilge. I've checked all the hoses from the deckside drains and don't find any leaks. On the H22 plumbing diagram there is reference to a 1 1/2" thru-hull scupper tube. Can someone tell me what this is, where it is and if this might be causing my problem? Thanks.

cockpit drain

At transom below cockpit floor. Other trough hull is the gally drain on the starboard side. Look in the storage locker beside the galley. Leak may come from the center board trunk or many other places on the top side. Good luck finding your leek.Jim
