Think of this as a "Patina Finish"

Allan: Just think of this as a "Patina Finish". People pay a lot of money to get copper to have this look. I would suggest that you try straight vinegar and a brush.

Hmmm...

some people prefer to keep their boats in pristine condition similar to show car buffs who spend their leisure hours polishing every nook and cranny of a 50 year old car. Terry
