I am looking for recommendations for a thru deck fitting to accommodate a flat 10 gauge duplex cable. Your suggestions will be appreciated.

Use round wire and a Scanstrut deck gland. There are no good water-tight glands made for flat cable that I've found other than a mess of sealant. If you can come through a vertical surface then a clam shell can be used.

I already have flat cable and I cannot justify changing the cable to accommodate the deck fitting.

MaineSail, Is there a plug and socket connector that you'd recommend for this application, as when you have a flexible panel on a bimini, and you'd like ot be able to remove the bimini framework, canvas, panel, and all?

I will tell you that I would not trust a socket/plug connector for this. I simply disconnect the wires from in the junction box under the panel.

Not sure how this is handled on the flexible panels.

Is there a bulkhead version of an MC-4?
Never seen one but they may be out there. I generally run a two post t-strip just below the deck gland and the solar wire can then be removed entirely.....

try digikey.com They have every connector known to man. Recommend ordering the catalog as it is easier to navigate and find exactly what you want.
