A while back purchased the new throttle shifter control unit for our 430.Just getting around to install the unit and was wondering if others has installed thers. If so how is it working?

Check with the HOW store. I would also suggest that you purchase new cables at the same time. You should be able to find the stuff on this website.
I just replaced my shifter and cables on my HV'36. The shifter for our boat was a Morse/Teleflex (now SeaStar Solutions).
You may need to give them a call.

It is the Teleflex MV-2 replacement that the store sells, Design by Steve Dion. The unit looks well built ,was just wondering if and who installed thers.
My mistake if I got the design incorrect, I meant to say was the time and effort that Steve Dion put in to the unit. Thank you Steve.
I just installed the SeaStar lever and new cables per Steve Dion's suggestion. The cables were the perfect link, and after a llittle fiddling with the adjustments...mainly aligning the throttle cable, the new lever and cables work great and shift "like butter". thanks to Steve for finding this and to Phil Herring for making it available. 5 stars.
