Throttle Cable?

Does anyone know where I can get a throttle cable for a 1984 31 hunter? Mine snapped this weekend. Thanks

Whatever you purchase get a quality unit!

Richard:You may want to call Richmond Boat Works. They are a Yanmar dealer and are very knowledgable. I think they always give me the straight scoop. You can either take the boat there and have them do it or just purchase the parts from them.If you do not use them, be sure that you know the size of the radius bends. Some cables cannot be successfully bent around sharp bends.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE

SINCE YOU SNAPED THE CABLE ON YOUR BOAT WHY NOT GIVE SOME THOUGHT TO UPGRADING TO THE ONE CONTROL THROTTLE/TRANS I DON'T KNOW WHEN HUNTER SWITCHED TO THEM BUT THEY SURE ARE CONVEIENT TO USE IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS DONE THIS I WOULD LIKE TO HERE FROM YOU I AM THINKING ABOUT A EARLY 90S HUNTER AND NOTICED THAT THEY HAD THE TWO STICK CONTROLS. I SAILED A 2000 MODEL WITH THE SINGLE CONTROL AND LOVED IT I WOULD THINK THAT THE CONVERSION WOULD NOT BE TO DIFFICULTBUT THEN WHAT REALLY COMES EASY WITH A BOAT OTHER THAN SPENDING MONEY.
