Just got off the phone with Cat in Cal., they dont stock or have a 1983 27 throtle cable and couldnt supply info for me. So how about some good sources. Thanks...Lenny

cables for engines. Check WM, Defender, and any local sources. The cables arn't specific to any given boat or engine, rather are based on distance and application.

go down to west marine or your local chandlery and have them match it up. Or.... call a mechanic or dealer who services your engine type and ask them for a recommendation. Try the marine yellow pages for dealers and mechanics.
