Thinking of selling my Vega, what price in this market?

Hey all. First off I want to express what a wealth of knowledge this user group has been throughout my years as a Vegatarian!!!
Due to work I am looking at moving to Southern California and it doesn't make sense to bring my Vega with me. I am having trouble determining a fair price for it.

It's a 1973 build that lived most of it's life on Lake Champlain in northern Vermont. It therefore was in fresh water most of it's life and taken out of the water for a good part of every year.

It has a Westerbeke 13 hp self bleeding inboard diesel with 436 hours (just broken in). All the wiring was replaced at the same time with a blue sea systems box. All the through hulls have been replaced from the spicket style to modern ball valves.

It also has a 4 man Zodiac inflatable dingy with a 3 hp mercury outboard that looks brand new.

Here are some more random extras. Modern Jabsco marine toilet with 25 gallon Nautica holding tank, Raymarine ST 2000 Autopilot, 10 gallon fuel tank and 2, 5 gallon Jerry cans, Marine Gel battery, Uniden UM525 VHf, Garmin GPSmap 440s, Magma propane grill, Origo 2 burner alcohol stove, 22lb Lewmar Delta Anchor and 250 ft rode and 15' chain, Danforth anchor, boat tool kit, engine spare parts kit (fuel filters, glow plugs, etc...).

I'm sure I'm forgetting things but these are the basics. I got a rip in the Mainsail and was quoted at $250 to repair but since I was planning a cruise to the Caribbean I decided to just replace the mainsail altogether. The cruise hasn't happened yet so the mainsail needs to be reefed when I sail in its current condition. The boat is in great condition for a 1973 hull and I have a very sound survey from 2007 when I purchased it.

I know the market is grim right now but was also told by a broker that many retiring cruising couples are looking at purchasing smaller, used, blue water boats b/c of the economy. He said, "if the right person is looking for that model boat, you have one of the best examples of them". I still don't know though. I, and the boat, am in Charleston SC. Any ideas on what I should start out asking? I'm not in a huge rush to sell, but work is slow here and I have work in San Diego. Thanks in advance. -Richard
