Just curious...why sell your Beneteau 361 for a similar size boat? The 361 is really spacious and lovely boat, so if it's in a good condition what more will the 37 offer you?

Your 36 is virtually the same size as a 37. Plenty of great 40' boats out there.
My favorite is the Beneteau 411 Celebration. If you want a go fast boat buy a Beneteau 40.7 or 44.7. Annapolis Yacht Sales has a Beneteau 42s7 for sale. A bit older model but still a sweet looking vessel.
