I cook my sweet corn wrapped in foil to hold in the beer while it steams on the grill. Try it. It works great of you use a foil pan covered in foil to hold the steam, but it also works just wrapped in a foil blanket. I like it when it just starts to char the kernels touching the heat.

Hmmm... so if you flashed boiled the corn in beer in a pressure cooker... then quickly fried it in peanut oil... season with some old bay or Savoys
