The missing Zinc

I've read my owner's manual, but I still can't find the zinc on my C-27's heat exchanger. The engine is a 1984 Universal M-18. Can any of you point me in the right direction?Thanks,Randy

Did you look on the bottom side of your heat exchanger. My 36 and 380 are like that.good luck Gary

The drain and zinc are on the port end bottom of the heat exchanger. I have the 1985 manual if you need any info or I can mail you a copy. Let me know, twofisches@aol.com

I found it!

Thanks to those who responded, I found my zinc! Now, the real challenge will be getting my arm and wrench into position to remove and change it.Thanks again.Randy
