What I thought would be a simple and quick adjustment... is now driving me 'nuts!'
The aft locker, (Gas bottle stowage side) rubber retaining catch ss 'tongue' was slightly loose and well off centre. I loosened the screws (2 x by phillips head) however they are now just spinning, and despite applying outward pressure with a flat head screwdriver, they are just spinning loose and won't screw out.
Are these self tappers or do these have nuts on the back? If so, is there anyway in to get a spanner on the back without dismantling the whole Gas locker/bin? Now the catch tongue is loose with no way of tightening.

Also, has anyone replaced these rubber catches with more robust SS versions? If these were to break with a big wave over the back, that's quite a large hole full of sea water right there.
