the good, bad, or ugly on H450

We are looking at a 2000 Hunter Passage 450.
Anyone with information on things to look for?

Thats sort of a loaded question! I don't know of anything distinctly applying to the boat, I recently bought a 2002 and did find that my keel was a tad loose and that was not evidenced in the survey haul out, but rather when it was set on blocks. The survey had the boat in slings so it never put pressure on the keel. While it is an expensive repair it need only be done once and never be a worry. I had a small intrusion of water in the bilge and was studying it for its source, I found it.
