The First Hunter ????? !!!!!!

I hailed a guy sailing a boat I couldn't identify, here in Monroe Harbor. The boat looked to be 25 or so feet, flush-decked. He said it was the first Hunter! I've never seen a Hunter before the Siedelman (sp) designed 25 footer. Anyone know something about this? Thanks.

Early H25

What you saw was one of the original design H25s. They started out as flush deck with a very sparton interior (no headliner if I remember correctly). Maybe the end of the 2nd year I think they added a pop top. I think 1976 was the first year with a full trunk cabin top. I recall the Hull was the same for all H25s.
