'The Amazing Seat'

Guys and Gals:I'm looking on page 35 of the May 2000 issue of "MainSheet" and I see an advertisement for the "Amazing Seat." Looks to me like you could just set it up in the cockpit, specially the back left and right corners, where your back is not well supported by life lines.Does anyuone have experience with these?ThanksMelody

Yes, They're great

We have a friend with a Tarten 4100 who has had these things for several years. They are very convenient and comfortable, but a little bit pricey.

Great Seats!

We bought 4 of them at the SF Boat Show last April. They are very comfortable, and set up a couple of different ways. Yes, maybe they are a bit on the pricey side (we paid $211 for 4, including shipping from eastern Canada, where they are distributed.) But, you get what you pay for. they are light and sturdy, and easy to stow.It is a small company and we spoke with the owner when we bought them. We negotiated a better price deal the advertised price.
