Roger, do you have two other anti siphons installed

one between the the pump and bowl and one between the tank and the overboard discharge? The one between the bowl and tank doesn't count.

No. There is an intake anti-siphon loop of course. The one between the bowl and the tank is only an anti-sipon for the convienience of having the mounting lugs. It may get disabled if it leaks any odor.

Everything goes in the tank which is then pumped out when offshore as needed. There is no loop in the pump out line. I'm based in no-discharge waters so the seacock is kept closed except when pumping. Even if it were to be opened accidentally, the pump is a hand diaphram pump which effectively puts 4 check valves between the thru hull and the bowl. The top of the tank is close to the waterline so any significant back siphoning is extremely remote anyway.

Roger, I had the same set up as you

with a manual discharge pump, which was in the same locker as the thru hull valve. I took out the loop because it just added several more feet of hose to get stinky, figuring I am only opening the thru hull when I am working the hand pump. When I redid everything and moved the thru hull across the boat to next to the tank and added a macerator, I did add the loop back in, since it was 1" hose and easier to find a place to hid it. But Peggie "yelled" :snooty: at me when I took the loop out, saying I would eventually forget to close the thru hull valve. I think your set up is fine, since you are discharging from a tank as you say.
