Testing out St 50 or ST 60 Displays

Does anyone know how to bench test ST 50, ST 60 Raymarine displays. Would connecting transducers be possible?

Yes, you need 12 volt power...

hook up the transducers and simulate speed by revolving the paddle wheel (blow on it) on the knot meter. and hang the depth meter in water near the surface facing down.

Don't hang the depth meter!

I'm sure Landsend meant the "transducer" and not the depth meter in his statement.
