Have a Hunter 326 with Selden furling main. Have a few questions. I had to replace my luff extrusion which went fine. When I tested the install I noticed the extrusion was not turning when I turned the reefing winch. I then noticed that the locking tube was not locked over the tension screw. I moved it over the screw and extrusion turned fine. Now my questions:
1. I do not see a locking screw in my locking tube. I do not remember removing one, should their be some sort of screw or plug to go in this hole.
2. Since I moved the reefing winch when tube was not locked the tension screw was now moving in and out. How can I tell my luff extension is of proper tension. Since I moved it in and out I want to make sure it is of proper tension.
