Better plan to make your own. I have made templates for sole sections in our boat. 'Masonite' works really well, but it's the last stage from initial cardboard patterning - and this will take some trial and error work. A bit tedious is the work, but not technically difficult. The least expensive pattern material I found was "peg board" at the local building supply stores.
(Once upon a time we used to always buy "door skins" but anything with veneer is expensive these days.)
Note that if referring to the flat pieces you walk on, those are 'soles'. 'Floors' are the under lying structures that hold up the sole. Not a huge thing... but accurate terminology helps all of us try to help each other, so it's not a matter of being picky, but rather being sure we are all on the same page, as it were.
Have you priced teak and holly plywood theses days? You might want to sit down before reading the quote.....

It was never cheap, but seems to gone up faster than inflation.
