My last hunter (376) had a fixed swim ladder that was in the way when docked stern to but did extend down 34" into the water. I am getting a new 41 in the spring. This boat has the smaller telescoping ladder, the 376 had an extra step. Has anyone extended these new ladders on any of the newew boats that have them ? Or any other solution to make exiting the water easier for those of us that don't have the strength in our knees to pull ourselves out of the water ? Tony
