I am planning on putting new heads on my boat. TECHMA heads have been recommended to me as the best option. When I search the internet it comes up Techma Vacuflush with no additional information. Is this the xame as Vacuflush by Sealand? If not, where can I find information on Techma Marine Heads.

Tecma toilets are imported from Italy

Wilcox-Crittenden is the exclusive US distributor. I think your problem with finding any info on it was your misspelling of the name. There's no connection whatever with SeaLand or the VacuFlush...the Tecma doesn't even work the same way. They're an excellent toilet, however the ONLY US source of tech support and/or parts is W-C. They're designed for use on large yachts and are very popular on megayachts in Europe. I dunno whether they're good choice for your boat--or any sailboat under about 50'--or not. The bowl and pedestal on the only ones I've seen are one-piece china, which means they're heavy--50-75 lbs--which can affect your boat's trim. And the technology is totally different from any other toilet. They haven't caught on very widely yet, so very few people even know how they work. I understand the basic principles involved and have seen 'em up and running at a few boat shows, but I don't know enough about the specifics yet to trouble-shoot one. Spend some time on the mfr's website--which has considerably more info than is on the W-C site--at http://www.tecma.net/nautica/prodotti.html and ask a LOT of questions before making a decision.
