teak or mahogany inside cal 2-29?

The brochure states Cal 29 had teak inside. Anybody know for sure if the 2-29 (1973) was teak or mahogany? Wood is so dark and dirty, not sure what I've got here.Thanks!jeribelle@hotmail.com

interior wood

I have a 1978 Cal 2-29 and it has teak interior. I bought this boat new in 1978 and there was no option to the interior wood. Now I realize that in 1973 things could have been different but I bet your boat was built by Jensen marine in Costa Mesa, Ca as was mine. Anyway this might help you a bit but really, I just like talking to people with Cal boats. Take care and enjoy your Cal.
