teak and holly cabin sole

My wife loves teak and holly cabin soles and we just bought an 1987 30'. It is possible to put one in? How about the teak and holly plywood? Anyone tackled this? thanks --sully

Thinking about the same

I have been involved in a refit of my 79 Catalina 30 since Katrina. My wife also wants the teak and holly flooring put in. I found a product that I have not seen used, but it seems as if it would fill the bill. If you go to Defenders website and do a search on 'Teak Flooring' you will find a product by Lonseal.

Easier on an '87 since you should have a flat...

Easier on an '87 since you should have a flat. cabin sole. Early boats curled up at the edges by the oven and especially by the V-berth. Check with H&L Marine in Rancho Cordova for OEM quality teak & holly but expect to pay as well as cut it yourself.
