Tankard 24

Hi Guys, I am new to this site and new to sailing. I am the proud owner of a Tankard sailing boat 24 feet built in the late 70s . Currently on the hard and I am refitting. I am just looking for other Tankard owners to share some ideas.

Really!? A Tankard and you are in Malta? That's a bilge keel boat? Never heard of it so looked and found this: http://www.boatdesign.net/forums/sailboats/rudder-repositioning-tankard-info-20292.html . Looks like most of your fellow owners will be Brits. Around my club we use the tankard for the grog. No disrepect.

Welcome aboard! I've never heard of a Tankard but then again I've been accused of living under a rock. She looks like a really neat pocket cruiser.

I wish you good luck with your refit and to many enjoyable sailing days this coming summer.

I poked around the internet and only found one thing about Brian Tankard the designer.
What do you know about your boat? I’m kinda interested in this enigma.This is what I found.
