I just bought an H31 1984. Can anyone tell me if they put water, holding and / or fuel gauges on their boat and if so what brand?Thanks and waiting for spring.Keith

Accurate Tank Gauges

I installed Snake River gauges in my H34 on the two water tanks, holding tank and fuel tank. These are the same gauges Hunter has been using on new boats. Hardest part of the job was snaking the wires to the various tanks. Once calibrated, the gauges were very accurate. These are sold at Boat US/West Marine. You need a special unit for the fuel tank.

Check your fuel tank....

I bought and installed the Snake River gauge system and love it.BUT, when I went to do the diesel tank, I found that there is no way to install the diesel sender in the fuel tank without drilling a new hole in the top of the tank, which cannot be done without draining it and removing it from the boat......Take a look at your tank before you make the jump!Cheers,Bobs/v X SAIL R 8

Why diesl problem?

was your diesl tank metal? I thought that they work on any non metal tanks.
