if you have not tried Start Brite's, Hull cleaner, give it a try! It is amazing. It will take off all the stain at the water line no matter how much or how old they are. Also, until you have put Star Brite's, Hull cleaner on your top side, you have not seen white yet!!!! You can bleach the top side all you want and it will not come perfectly white till you put this stuff on. Trust me! Also, try Star Brite Mildew remover. It takes mildew out instantly from all materials and does not discolor!! Both are sort of expensive. They both cost about 6 to 8 dollars depending on your location. But they are both well worth the money. You can delute the hull cleaner with 50 percent water, I have found, and it still works great and makes it go a whole lot farther. I don't know if you can delute the mold remover. If any one tries, please let me know! Your Pal The Skipper from Ohio ....Hunter 27 owner, Eric Stanson

I use them all the time

I have had great success with their hull cleaner and their cleaner wax. I don't know if they are they best you can buy, but they sure are a lot cheaper ;than many of the "Brand Names". Ward PS... an EXCELLENT stain cleaner is OXALIC ACID crystals. A powdered cleaner called ZUD contains a fair amount of oxalic acid and is superb for cleaning stains from sinks and boat hulls. It is slightly abrasive so careful with rubbing. I personally haven't found a rust stain it won't remove. Pure oxalic acid is better if you can find it.

I found a product that removes rust from Sails...

I found a product all Meijors that comes in a spray bottle that removes rust from sails and the hull but I forget the name. I will go look when I go there next time.! Skipper from Ohio Eric Stanson
