Tacoma Area Marina's?

We've just discovered our son is being posted to McChord AFB. Can any locals to that area advise on local marinas if we should sail our Catalina 36 down to the area to visit? On a non-sailing note, does anyone know a good/trustworthy realtor in the area? Thanks.
