Tack not working

In the purchase of out new boat was the 4000 . This past season we have been unable to get the Tack to port to work. All other functions are working including Tack to Starboard. Last weekend I was able to get the system to Tack to Port once but never again. Any ideas?

No auto-jibe

You must have the autopilot interfaced with a SeaTalk wind instrument. This will prevent the autopilot from auto-jibing. In other words, the pilot will only tach upwind or into the wind, but it will not tack downwind or away from the wind. This is a safety feature on the pilot.
