tack line for spinnaker...

Using spinnaker from BWY last couple of days.
Want to modify a few things. First off, what is line diameter of tack line.
Also, don't have anchor set up in front, using bow tang hole beneath jib furler.
How is everyone running tack line back to cockpit, pics would be helpful...
I have the sheets dialed in already and the halyard.

I run my tackline through a rail-mounted block on the pulpit. It's a little high to really snug down the luff for anything closer than a beam reach, but it allows me to raise and lower the tack in accordance with the clew on all other points of sail.

From the tack, through the pulpit block, back through a fairlead to a stanchion-mounted cleat. Notice the parrell beads to cut down on the lateral stresses to the pulpit block.

Tackline diameter is about 3/8ths-plus, but how line diameter is measured has always been a bit of a mystery to me.
