After agonizing over my low RPMs for months, got the marina to test the engine, and finally they attached their tach.. which read 15% higher than mine. I'm not going any faster, but was happy to learn that my engine hits full RPMs. So now.. how do you adjust the tach on a Yanmar 3GM?
