"T" molding

I am doing the cabin sole thing this year on out Cherubini Hunter 33 and would like to replace the "T" molding that frames the bilge access panel.

Is this available already formed? Can I form this easily?

I'm getting older by the day and the memory fails sometimes.

The length measured in situ of the T molding on a 1979 H30C is 117 inches dead, from end to end. No clue what the H33C measures.
I'll try to snap a pic with my new phone if I can get a kid to show me how.
Hope there is a way to get a new one.
