Synthetic oil
No oil breaks down. Dirt is the main reason to change oil and filters. You should change the oil just as frequently with Mobil 1 or the low priced spread. My personal experience with Mobil 1 (on one service truck) was not good so I might be a little down on it. I think its main benifit is that you get something to talk about at the Yacht Club.
