Switch behind engine on 1996 Catalina 36MK2

The round red button is a 20 (?) amp circuit breaker that supplies power to the starter and engine instrument panel which may have been replaced by the orange inline fuse holder, or vice-versa, I can't really see which is disconnected.
It looks like the remote start switch I wish I had, my wife is mine now. Heritage, I envy you in Key West.
Can't see from the photo, but check to see if there is a number (such as "20") printed on it. If so, then the circuit breaker theory looks pretty good. It'll also not really feel like a button - just kind of loose, but without any button-like action really.
Otherwise - self-destruct button ... definitely.
