On the 22 keel pin, mine fits tight to the keel but is loose in the pin retainers that bolt to the hull. the pin is not visably worn, what would be the correct fix? I am also looking for sites that sell mainsails reasonable.Thanks for any info.
I was happy with "The Sail Warehouse" (www.thesailwarehouse.com) when I purchased a storm jib for my Catalina 22 some 15 months ago. On your pin, sounds like you don't have much of a problem. "Catalina Direct" (ph. 800-959-7245) sells a nice kit to make a firmer fitting keel, via bronze pin holders and fiberglass spacers at top of the keel.
