I've inherited a 1981 swing keel Catalina 25. To the best of my knowledge, the swing keel has never been maintained, greased, etc. Assuming this work is about 20 years overdue....anyone have a suggestion of a yard in Northern California, perhaps near Sacramento, that could do this work? The keel still swings, and the boat was recently put back into Folsom Lake. I'd just rather not find it, or the keel, on the bottom. Thanks. Bruce
