had hole in keel well and am repairing. when i put the keel pin back on how tight should the pivot bolt be? and shuold i use any sealeant on the bolt/nut? --cause of hole was keel lock pin left in and keel cranked back up for shallow water SUPRISE when water began leaking. repair is tough & don't want to add more errors.
