Nice job.....I've been thinking about doing the same for my 32 ....we have a pretty flat transom that makes it ideal

Curious on a side note - are you running your original motor or have you re-powered?

Not the original engine, the new diesel Yanmar 3 GM 30 is changing 2004. My engine has only 210 hours.
