New ladder is just OK, as far as I am concerned

Saw this on the Catalina 387 and 350 at the Baltimore boat show. I doubt that it makes any difference as far a people boarding your boat as the swim step is there. It is a little prettier. I am still pretty much happy with the ladder on my 2002 that just folds up.
