We bought our 1985 25.5 on Father's Day for a good price. One of the obvious problems was the swim ladder, or more correctly, one of its mounting blocks. The block is split vertically, but parallel to the stern, revealing the bolts heads of the bolts that attach to the swim ladder. Does anyone know if I can buy a new mounting block, or repair this one?
