Ric,I can't help you in Vancouver, but Jay McEwen of Reisner, McEwen & Assoc. Inc. in Seattle surveyed my boat and I thought did an excellent job. Second to Reisner, McEwen& Harris

In 1995 we purchased a Hunter 40 that was home ported in Pt. Roberts. Mr Mat Harris in Bellingham came for the survey to the marina in Pt. Roberts. He was very knowledgable did a thorough survey and was very helpful with maintenance issues and items to watch on the boat. I recommend him.
