surveyor in New Orleans

i am due for an insurance survey this fall. I need to coordinate it with my haul out. I am looking for recommendations. I have read some stories lately about surveyors saying things like I can't tell the condition of the through hulls so recommend replacing them all. I have never run into anyone like that but obviously I do not want to either. my last survey described the boat as in like new condition.

Since NOLA is a few minutes drive from from anywhere , here is one that was used 2 times by a marina neighbor .

PS: This was a 42' power boat survey, I may have another name later too.
