Sureseal Dripless Shaft Seal

My Sureseal has become unsure. I've watched the video on how to change out the lip seal while in the water and it seems fairly simple and they say it takes "10 minutes". We all know what that means!!

Anyone change one out? Any common issues I should be aware of?

Make sure the shaft is clean and free of defects before you take the old one off. Make sure you keep it going in evenly all around when inserting. Just be gentle at first.
10 min seems a bit long. They probably had trouble getting the old one out.
