As I have been applying Superwax, I set the bottle down on the non skid - when I washed the deck, I noticed the water beading where the wax bottle sat. Will using SeaGlow again on the non skid remove the wax? I am not at the boat so I am asking first before trying. Great products - -Doug

All IG cleaners remove the wax

A small amount of SB Superwax does not make the deck slippery but the product is too concentrated to make a non-skid sealant. YOu can remove with any IG cleaner (I use pink becuase it can be rinsed off). If SB is allowed to fall in "gobs" on non-skid it attracts dirt and this is how I got rid of it. If you want to competely remove all traces (e.g. if painting). use a caustic/solvent based product (e.g. Castrol Superclean) first, then commercial grease and wax remover (xylene based). On the subject of non-skid, the ingredients have finally become available and I have just been finalizing some photos for website- can prevent penetration by water or old engine oil. More to come on webiste and newsletter. Thanks Jim W
