I have a 1978 Hunter 30. At this time the shower drains into the bilge. Was this model supposed to have a sump. If it was, how would you get to it. It does not appear evident. I would appreciate any input. Thanks.

On the 1980 H30 ....
On the 1980 H30 the shower also drains into the bilge. On my boat there is a length of original drain hose from the shower pan that runs aft next to the I-beam mast support and empties into the main bilge. I suppose that you could attach a hose to your shower drain and snake it into the main bilge where you could install a shower sump. Of course you would probably need another thru hull.
