Regarding the rebuilding of John's Mac 24 forward structure,I hope some "Old Salts" responded to his question. I am a "fixer upper" and a bit of a craftsman and my approach would be to seek advice also. I would not be afraid to tackle it though. I also have been buying and selling "Klunkers" for many years and some times it makes more sense to "cut bait" and walk away. Our boats are objects of passion which often clouds our judgment.
