Yesterday when returning back to the marina i noticed an increase in vibration while motoring. I moved around the cockpit and it seemed to be coming from below the boat somewhere near the prop. I shut the motor off and hoisted the main...with the tranny in gear there was no noise/ vibration...in neutral i could hear a metallic scraping sound. A week ago i had two new shaft zincs installed...could this be one of them loosening up on the shaft? I have a diver going to take a look tomorrow but i have to admit im nervous its something bigger.
