Stuffing-Box Tips

I know, I know this is the dark side -- this is a website that is for
larger power boats; but there is a pretty good article on repacking a
traditional stuffing box. Since this came up a few weeks ago, I thought I'd
pass it along. One thing I always mention when I am teaching -- "a boat is
generally a boat. It is just that a sailboat has a more complicated
propulsion system."

Seriously, I doubt if any of us could fit one of these generators on a Vega
:)
